Utilising already existing smart devices such as smart connecting heating, lighting and incorporating AI system to learn overtime the specific users preferences. Preferences are learnt at the start by asking frequent questions,
"Is the room too cold?" , "Are the speakers too loud?"
Asking these questions at specific points of the day, week, year allows Ai to learn and create a database of information to automatically change aspects of their smart house without any human input.

Heating being turned on at specific points of the day to reduce energy consumption.
Temperature will change during the year, winter compared to summer
